Each experience described and offered uses creative methodologies, such as art, theatre, play and somatic body work to help participants feel comfortable and able to put their boldest foot forward. Each of the workshops, regardless of the theme or goal, will encourage and build space for participants to feel more confident in themselves and their ideas; be better allies to each other; and work more cohesively with a better understanding of the communal responsibility towards the work and each other. All approaches are designed to be gender, disability, class and caste informed, and strive to create spaces of critical thought and learning.

Almost all professional spaces rely on the interpersonal and the dynamics of teams, needing individuals who must row in the same direction, keeping their eyes on the horizon even as they explore the waters they traverse. The 3 C’s workshop is designed to engage with and explore the very human hurdles most organizations and teams find themselves facing when people with different experiences, skills, belief systems, and work styles build and create together.

This workshop specifically focuses on exploring communication practices, internal dynamics, personal positionality, and how power moves within the systems in which we work. Groups will leave this experience being more aware, and with a deeper connection to themselves and each other. This allows them to strengthen and contribute towards trust, safety, and collective ownership and accountability; elements foundational to a healthy, productive and thriving work environment.

  • Activities include both indoor and outdoor spaces, exploring the shared physical space and the five senses.
  • Improving individual and group communication, listening/understanding skills amongst the group.
  • Gaining confidence in speaking and sharing ideas and feedback more openly.
  • Using theater based games that help explore communication styles through storytelling and physical and vocal mirroring exercises.

Team Building

  • Supporting teams to work better as a unit, while being flexible and quick footed in taking direction from shifting ‘leaders’.
  • Challenging members to prioritize connection, and collaboration instead of being ‘right’, ‘better’ or always being the loudest in the room.

Group Visioning

  • Facilitating teams to co-create shared visions, strategies, and ways of working, at the organizational/specific work-stream level.
  • Using art, collage making, short videos, and music to imagine and create as a unit. Allowing all member to see themselves as vital parts of the company and work, and the collective goal.

All workshops can be organized for groups of any size, with the duration being dependent on client specifications, goals and total number of participants.
